1. How long does shipping take?

Every piece of Studio Wyle jewellery is individually made to order.

Our typical production time is 2–4 weeks before dispatch. This may vary depending on the complexity of your order, the time required for hallmarking, supplier lead times and seasonal demand. We aim to get them made and sent out to you as fast as possible, but please allow ample time to order if the piece is needed for a specific date.

Once your jewellery has been completed and passed our quality checks, it will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature.

Please note that deliveries are guaranteed on working days only. Orders dispatched on Fridays are typically delivered on the following working day unless a Saturday Guaranteed service has been selected where available.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not offer international shipping. We ship only to the UK.

3. What materials do you use?

Your jewellery is handcrafted from 100% recycled sterling silver and made to be worn and enjoyed every day. Sterling silver is an alloy made from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, making it durable enough for everyday wear while retaining its beautiful shine.

4. Is your jewellery waterproof?

While some pieces are water-resistant, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising to help preserve its finish.

5. Will my jewellery tarnish?

All sterling silver will naturally develop a patina or tarnish over time, which is a normal part of the metal's character. With proper care, your jewellery will remain beautiful for years. We recommend storing it in a dry place and avoiding contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. See our jewellery care guide here.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. See our return and refund policy here for further information.

7. How do I find my ring size?

Method 1:

Measure Your Finger
Wrap a strip of paper around the finger.
Mark where the paper overlaps.
Measure the length in millimetres.
Compare with the circumference chart.

Method 2:

Finding the perfect ring size can be tricky, so we offer ring sizers to help. Simply order a ring sizer for a small fee, and when you're ready to purchase your ring, we'll send you a unique discount code for the same amount to use at checkout.
That way, the cost of the ring sizer is fully refunded when you place your ring order.
